Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Certain items like personal-use gear or tech accessories may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrive damaged.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please ensure returned items are well packaged and tracked, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (where applicable) or coordinated via customer service for cash-on-delivery orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Used or damaged items not due to transit

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Clearance or final sale items (if labeled as such)
